Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ian.directory and related services (the "Service") provided by Cyphae Software Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
The Service is intended for users 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13, you may not use the Service.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid features are billed via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing.
AI Outputs
AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for security reasons. You may delete your account by contacting help@ian.network.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyphae Software Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
