Data Retention and Deletion

We retain user data and uploaded content for as long as your account remains active, or until you request deletion.
Deletion Requests
To request deletion of your account or data, email help@ian.network. We will verify your identity before processing the request.
Deletion Timeline
We aim to remove personal data from active systems within 30 days of a verified request. Backup systems are retained for operational integrity and are not purged in response to individual deletion requests.
Public Content
If you posted content to a public lens, deletion will remove it from public access. Some historical copies (e.g., backups) may persist temporarily.
