Refund and Billing Policy

This policy applies to paid subscriptions and other paid features offered through ian.directory.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance and can be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
We may provide refunds for first-time subscription purchases if requested within 14 days and there has not been substantial usage. Refunds are granted at our discretion to prevent abuse.
We do not offer refunds for usage-based fees, media processing, paid content access, or other consumable features.
How to Request a Refund
Email help@ian.network with the account email, purchase date, and reason for the request.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment details are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored by us.
